In addition to our apartments, there is also an après ski club, a cocktail lounge, a restaurant and a SKY.SPA in our house.

Our apartments can be occupied from 16:00 on the day of arrival at the latest. But you can pick up your guest card already from 08:00 at the reception. If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:00.

Kitchen: fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, filter coffee machine & espresso machine, tea towels

Internet: Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge

The underground car park is located directly in the house, but the entrance and exit from 13:30-20:00 clock is not possible. Cars must not exceed a height of 2.10 m and also require a minimum ground clearance of 10 cm. We cannot offer a parking space for cars that do not fulfil these criteria. There is one parking space for the apartments Venus and Uranus, and two parking spaces are available for the other apartments. Additional parking spaces in the centre can be rented on request for 10 €/day.

The fire & ice SKY.SPA is located on the 4th floor and is open daily from 16:00 to 21:00. Facilities: steam bath, Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, sensory shower, relaxation area with mountain view, infrared chairs, salt room, outdoor hotpot, rooftop terrace.

We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our accommodation.

We ask for a deposit of 50% according to the reservation confirmation. Your booking is only binding for us once we have received your deposit. The outstanding balance must be paid either before your arrival by bank transfer or at the latest on the day before your departure from your vacation apartment on site in Ischgl in cash or by EC card (Maestro).

For cancellations, late arrival (without notification) or early departure the General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply. Please note that in case of early departure, the total stay must be invoiced according to the booking confirmation. To make provisions and travel carefree, we recommend you take out the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

The city tax for Ischgl is € 4,00 per person.

Check in / Check out

Unsere Apartments können am Anreisetag spätestens ab 16:00 Uhr bezogen werden. Deine Gästekarte kannst du aber schon ab 08:30 bei uns an der Rezeption abholen. Solltest du nach 18:00 Uhr anreisen, bitten wir dich uns zu benachrichtigen. Am Abreisetag bitten wir dich, das Apartment bis 09:00 Uhr freizugeben.

Parkplatz

Die Tiefgarage befindet sich direkt im Haus (Einfahrt und Ausfahrt von 13:30-20:00 Uhr NICHT möglich), Autos dürfen 2,10 m Höhe nicht überschreiten, Venus und Uranus steht 1 Parkplatz, den anderen Wohnungen stehen 2 Parkplätze zur Verfügung, auf Anfrage können zusätzliche Parkplätze im Zentrum für 5€/Tag gebucht werden.

Sky.Spa

Der fire & ice SKY.SPA befindet sich im 4ten Stock und ist von 16:00 bis 22:00 täglich geöffnet. Bei schlechtem Wetter sperren wir unseren SPA gerne früher auf. Ausstattung: Dampfbad, Finnische Sauna, Kräutersauna, Erlebnisdusche, Ruhebereich mit Bergblick, Dachterrasse

Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass Haustiere in unserem Haus nicht willkommen sind.

Buchung

Wir bitten um eine Anzahlung von 50% laut Reservierungsbestätigung. Erst nach Eingang Ihrer Anzahlung gilt Ihre Buchung für uns als verbindlich. Stornierung

Für Stornierungen, verspätete Anreise (ohne Benachrichtigung) oder vorzeitige Abreise gelten die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für die österreichische Hotellerie (AGBH). Wir weisen darauf hin, dass bei vorzeitiger Abreise der Gesamtaufenthalt laut Buchungsbestätigung in Rechnung gestellt werden muss. Ist eine Anreise Corona bedingt aufgrund eines erneuten Showdown, geschlossenen Grenzen, geschlossener Hotellerie oder Talquarantäne nicht möglich, fallen für Sie keine Kosten an. Ebenso entstehen keine Kosten, wenn Ihr Land für unser Gebiet eine Reisewarnung ausspricht und für Sie aus diesem Grund eine Quarantäne trotz eines negativem COVID-19 Tests nach dem Urlaub notwendig ist. In jedem anderen Fall gelten die vordergenannten Stornobedingungen. Um vorzusorgen und sorgenfrei zu reisen, empfehlen wir dir die Europäische Reiseversicherung abzuschließen, denn diese inkludiert mittlerweile auch COVID-19 Fälle.

Bezahlung

Den offenen Restbetrag bitten wir, entweder vor Ihrer Anreise mittels Banküberweisung oder bis spätestens am Vortag Ihrer Abreise vor Ort in bar oder per EC-Karte (Maestro) zu begleichen. Wir akzeptieren Kreditkarten von VISA und Mastercard.

Zusätzliche Kosten

Die Tourismusabgabe von 4,00€ pro Person und Tag und die Endreinigung von 16€ pro Person und Aufenthalt.
